Duties and Responsibilities:

 

CACI is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for the performance and management of major C2 programs. This position requires an intimate knowledge of Joint Command and Control Applications, Command and Control Implementation and Integration, Links C2 Technology, Naval Logistics C2 Applications, and Defensive C2 Applications. The qualified candidate will oversee the technology development and/or application, marketing and resource allocation within program client base. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the employment, training, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees. Travel to other roll out sites will be required.

 

Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals.

  

Required Qualifications:

 

Requires Masters degree or equivalent, and 9-12 years of related (technical environment) experience. Masters degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent is strongly desired. This experience must include a minimum of nine years experience with complex Joint Command and Control Applications, Command and Control Implementation and Integration and Links C2 Technology. At least five of which were in position(s) having authority over the management, formulation design, test, and evaluation oversight of these programs.

 

Must possess an active DoD clearance at the level of Secret.
