Description

Earned Value Management (EVM) focal point for to support various Programs from the Homeroom. Plan, schedule, conduct and report internal EVM compliance reviews. Coordinate closure of follow-up activities and corrective action plans resulting from EVM surveillance. Provide personnel with consulting, training and support for process improvements. Maintain and report EVM process metrics. Review and approve changes to performance measurement baseline as required. Support audits and reviews requested by program, customers, and company management. Team successfully with Government EVM focal points and other customer representatives in pursuit of common goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus a minimum of 10 years experience in earned value management, program cost management, functional cost management, engineering/operations planning and/or program master planning and scheduling. Five years directly related experience in EVM compliance reviews and EVM quality processes. Thorough knowledge of Northrop Grumman EVM guidelines and requirements. Understanding of ANSI 798 guidelines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of Microframe Program Manager (MPM) and Winsight systems is highly desirable. Typical Minimum Education / Experience: 10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters.
